Not that funny and the essentials
I remember the first time that Hunter slept through the night (okay, it's a fleeting memory because it only lasted for a while). He was only five weeks old. We were at my in-laws, visiting. He slept for eight straight hours. I woke up after six because it felt like my chest was going to explode. Now, I don't have the same problem this time, as Hunter is now weaned, sniff), however, I sure did wake up at 5:30am. He's still sleeping. I'm still awake. This is a cruel joke. The otherhalf of that is that I called in my teaching partner to cover my class for me, as I wanted to make sure that J or I were at home and we lose more money, at this point, if J stays home than if I do.. so, I called in a TOC. Well, J hasn't got a call yet... double pay loss. Oh well, at least my little boy will be well, let me repeat that, WELL rested and he'll have another day with both parents at home. We do love him so, and it ill be enjoyable... However, it's not that funny.
Here' the other half of the post... Sunday night, I had a severely long list of things to do. One of them was to prepare a birthday cake for a co-worker. So, I scoured through my cupboards and my recipe books to find that I had no baking soda, cream cheese, or baking powder and only two eggs. Good luck finding a good cake recipe (that I wanted to make) with those limited ingredients. I asked J to run to the store for me, to pick up a few baking essentials.
Here's what he brought back...

THAT is funny! Hope Hunter is better soon :)
You could make a really big Valcano?????
That stuff is good for cleaning and laundry (or so I've heard, I don't really claim to do either, and my house looks it!) I stock pile toilet paper, never want to run out of that.
I missed that story about you stockpiling food but...SO DO I! I get made fun of a lot for it. I do have to say that you beat me in the baking soda department, though.
