haha

Well, it's been a week of no nursing (weep weep). I miss it tremendously, but Hunter seems to have moved on. I guess that it was just time. My mammaries have yet to figure it out, though... ouch.. I thought this part was over?!

Anyhow, interestingly enough, I just put the final stages on Hunter's birth story! I'm only 16 months behind, not bad, eh???

Anyone want to read it? E-mail me or comment me your e-mail addy. It's 8 pages... some serious reading!
And, yes.. Hunter is dumping the contents of his water bottle onto some of my schoolwork. Awww, what a cutie?

I love birth stories, I would LOVE to hear it. choose2behappy@hotmail.com

Have you tried anything for your soreness re: weaning? Like cabbage leaves? Or sage tea? Do some research of your own, but both are options for dealing with that.
Way to go that your nursed Hunter this long! :) I too would be sad to wean my Baby. :) He may still want to nurse here and there for comfort. :) Cherish those times :)

The cabbage leaf trick worked for me in the beginning when Marin was first born.

I lucked out, Ian wanted to nurse occassionally, so he'd help relieve me of some of my swollenness. Eventually my body understood and stopped producing milk.

Birth story? Love, love, love to read it. tina@teamwylie.org
