What an oaf

I fell today. The only thing was that it wasn't just a fall, it was a full-out -running-trip-over-a-fallen-kid-by-kicking-him-in-the-back-of-the-head-and-then-fly-over-his-head-and-land-on-my-hands-and-knees type of fall. I'll bet that you would have loved to have seen it.

Marlene and I took our kids to tumble time today. It was a riot. I think that the boys had a lot of fun together and apart, there. We were warming up on the big mat with all the kis (and some parents). The instructor asked the kids to run across the mat and back, so I got up to show Hunter how to do it, because last time we went he wasn't interested in copying the big kids or the instructor. So, I was running along, showing Hunter the moves, when I turned to see how he was doing... sure enough a kid fell on the floor right in front of my and I hit him. I hit him hard, my knee in the back of his head, and I fell over him, onto the ground. I was a little scared for a minute, that the kid was going to start screaming and crying, but he didn't really even flinch. I helped him up and off he went. After that, he was my best friend. It was kinda cute.

I'm fine, by the way... **edited for Maureen - Hunter ran like a champ and did all the activities following the other kids and the instructor. He got tired of all that after about 15 minutes but I was VERY impressed andso proud. **
