Christmas Wish List
I was tagged at Carpe Diem, so here you go...
My Christmas Wish List for 2006.
1) Cheap travel to the East Coast, this summer. It'd be sweet if I didn't feel stressed out about this. I just want to get to spend time with my Meg and then see a little of our great country.
2) Black shoes Because the ones I own have broken velcro and they are terrible for me. They always come undone and then my pants get stuck in them, then I trip and leave stupid black skid marks all over the hallway. Plus they're really uncomfortable, as well as annoying. My grade ones don't think that it is fair that I get to take my shoes off when I sit down at carpet time.
3) A lifetime supply of cool stickers (because I give out like a billion a day).
4) The knowledge that I won't get in trouble for abuse when a student has a loose tooth that I help out... (I had another one Monday).
5) A classroom to call my own, perhaps.... or.. maybe not.
6) The ability to give my body complete restoration and rejuvination in only a minimal number of hours slept. Wouldn't everyone love that?

If you find a product or method that helps with #6, please share!
I hope you get a classroom of your own. A place where you can set it up and decorate to excite the students.
Comfortable shoes are a must in the teaching world, and a huge supply of stickers. ;-)
Amen to number 6!
I would LOVE #6!
So are you like THE teacher to go to when a kid has a loose tooth now? That's kinda funny. Mme DeVries: loose tooth lady.
You can never have too many pairs of black shoes! I hope Santa brings you everything you're wishing for!
I just blogged about sleep today. Wouldn't it be great if we could just plug ourselves in for an hour or two and have enough energy for the rest of the day again?
I would love #2 and #6 myself....
