Let's Talk Trash

Well, my birthday was a great day (back on the first).
Justin had the day off with me.
Hunter slept really well in his own bed, until 6am when he crawled in with us.
He fell back to sleep.
We all relaxed.
Slept in.
Missed the garbage truck.
Now we are paying for it.
The bin is full.
We had a party here and so we have a bag on the back porch (freezing).
We have a tenant, too.
What are we gonna do?
Anyone have room in their bin??

Sadly, no - we missed the garbage truck yesterday too. But all we have to do is call the city and they'll come back around and get it. So ask me again tomorrow - I'll def. have room ;)

Wow, when it rains, to pours. I missed another birthday. Happy belated birthday! This is what happens when you're away from the computer for more than a few days...

we have room, we only have one garbage bag and that will probably be it for the rest of the week, so feel free to use ours.

Ugh, I hate when that happens! This past Thanksgiving, before our trip south for four days, I reminded Hubby as we packed the night before that the trash needed to be put out for pickup. He made some excuse, which I tolerated bc I had waaay too many other things on my mind. We packed the van, loaded the kids, closed the garage and went about our trip. Only on Friday morning did I remember that he had forgotten (which I knew he would do!) to put the bin out! Fortunately the temps dipped enough to keep our garage from smelling like a dumpsite, but 'grrrr'. And this week he's completely walking past the pileup in the kitchen. What gives?!!!
