Did You Miss Me?

You may not even have noticed that I was gone, but there were a couple comments on my last post alluding to where I was.

I went to the the other side of the country for a week.

This "morning", I woke at 11pm (BC time) on the Atlantic coast of Prince Edward Island, we travelled all day and saw the Pacific Ocean, then made our way home. Tonight I will sleep in my own bed. What a day! What a week!

My best girl, Meg, got married on Saturday. I was a member of the wedding party. I didn't know if I was going to be there, but my doctor gave me the a-ok to travel... so, we did.

There are lots of stories and many pictures. Here are a sample...

36 weeks prego on the red cliffs of the Island

the lighthouse at Fernwood

bridesmaids and bride

698 lb tuna we watched brought into the docks and cleaned

my little sweetheart

Aboard the Bluenose II

sunset - wow

beachin' it on the Atlantic coast

Can't go to PEI without COWS

the newlyweds and I - a little burned from our pictures

lobster feast!

cake cutting

windy day for a long veil

before the ceremony, relieving stress in he limo with the ladies

Yipes, now that the weddings are both over... all that's left is... baby!

Meg looks beautiful and James looks very nice and fun. I haven't met him, but I'd say he's a smart man to marry Meg! I'm sure that you made Meg a very happy girl by being there for her.
You and your family, Elizabeth, look as wonderful as ever! Sweet pictures.
Next thing on the list?
'And BABY makes four!'
You look healthy and happy and on your way to a super experience! It will be so fun to share it with you. I love you so much :)

Wow, these photos (and the ones on Almighty Facebook) are gorgeous. The wedding looked like something out of In Style magazine.
I love the one of you and Hunter getting your feet wet in the water, too. :)

Hi Elizabeth! You're a better delurker than I am :) I've been following your pregnancy also since my sister is due around the same time as you are (Sept. 3) You look great! And, yes, I must agree, pregnancy is a wonderful blessing and every little kick is a reminder of that.

Best wishes for the next 4 weeks and I'll be watching for updates!
