Whoa belly

I'm starting to get "the look" from people. They look at me, turn their head to the side, then stare inquisitively at my mid-region. They have the look on their face that says "I remember you being skinnier." These pictures (and me in sweatpants below) was taken a week ago, at 14w 5d, and there is a significant difference, in my opinion.

Apparently I have popped a bit. My belly button isn't letting up, either. It's pre-first-pregnancy permament bowl-shape was the first thing (well, actually the second if you were looking a little higher) to show sign of pregnancy with Hunter and it hasn't failed, despite the fact that it never returned to full bowl-ness. Oh, and, remember the SSFPLP that I purchased with room to grow? Well... I'll just say, whew. I wasn't sure for a bit there... Here we are at 15w 5d.

I think that we should go back to the fun weight-gain pool that I jokingly started and see where we are at. What do you think is the total gain so far? I'll send a prize of a special teacher pencil to the first guess of the right amount, so hopefully I can get your e-mail address to get your mailing directions... And remember I'm sending a teacher picture to the total pregnancy weight gain winner. A little masochistic? Perhaps... or just laugh-at-myself fun.

There is a little less belly in this one as I am squatting and thus contracting by belly, which looks soooo messed up from above by the way, to get Hunter at the right level for baby-kissing.
