Home again, Home again

So.. no IKEA on the way home. We were all set to go when the car keys went missing.. for two hours! I was aiming to return for a playoff soccer game in the evening, so we ran out of time turning the house over to look for the keys.
Good thing, though.. it saved me some money.
I'll leave you with a picture of Hunter checking out Michele's motorized wheelchair.. too neat!

hope you are ready for camping....dress warm.
Elizabeth, you really should tell everyone how the car keys went missing! First of all, the Grandma (me) gave Hunter her keys to play with - he always gives me such a big smile when I let him play with them! Then, I didn't keep an eye on him while we were folding up the tent. Alas, he was crawling around and just dropped the keys when he was tired of them! He wouldn't say where he had put them so...2 hours later, we were still stranded in Vancouver, wanting to go home! Or, more correctly, wanting to go to IKEA again and then home! Thanks, Elizabeth and Hunter for our great road trip this weekend. It was so much fun. I will never forget the adventures of the weekend - I hope your foot has recovered from me riding over it twice with Michele's wheelchair!
All this talk about Ikea - I've never been! Maybe one day ** looking far into the horizon ** one day I'll get to go to one. Until then I live vicariously through those who have been to it.
I've only looked at IKEA stuff in a catalog. It seems like pretty cool stuff!
I bet Hunter was thinking, "I've got to get me one of these things! ZOOM!"
What a cutie!
Enjoyed a lot! » »
