Final Touches

So, we have been in our house for nearly two full weeks, now. Strangely enough, thanks to the silly government, J and I have been income-less since the day of our first, of many, weekly mortgage payments. So, we're pretty close to running on empty! Good times. Despite the finances we are much much blessed. Last Friday we had an incredible group from the church come to help us move. I kid you not, we had all of our stuff (and we have a lot of stuff) moved from the basement of the church out, into the trucks and then out of the trucks into our house in AN HOUR AND FORTY MINUTES!! Isn't that amazing! So, to respect the incredible move, I have included a couple pictures of the insanity of boxes that we have been slowly unpacking over this last week. Also, you can see the colours of our home. To note the difference, just check a couple posts below!

This (wooden) room was not painted, but look at the piles of junk!

Not only is our house coming together but we are beginning to feel more settled in Kamloops and are enjoying ourselves here. Strike days spent with Justin and Hunter are enjoyable strike days. J and I picket together and, I shouldn't admit this, we actually have fun, despite the fact that we aren't making any real income.

Thank yous go out to everyone who has helped us so much with our move. THANK YOU!!
