My Mom enters into a Survivor (random draw) pool at work. The last two episodes, she has won!! This time, her Survivor got voted off first!

There's a guy on Survivor who has smoked "three packs a day for twenty years". He's using Survivor as de-tox!

Aside... Justin, Hunter and I will be escorting the youth from our church to Kelowna this weekend. I hope to meet up with some of you Kelowna-ers while we are there, although I am not really sure what our itinerary is with the youth. Comment or e-mail me.....

we should have a bloggers convention! Too bad Christy is out of town, but would you be able to make a stop in Summerland sometime on Saturday to visit with some of us? I totally understand if you've got a full schedule, but that would be fun. :) My phone number is 494-7163 and I'm sure we could round up the likes of Adele and Angella and Jen, etc. Let me know. :)

So Survivor.. lol.. that detox guy was funny. He's on Exile Island next week.. that should be good times!
I think it's funny they voted off the strong lady.. good strategy for later on in survivor.. but you'd think they'd want to keep her for now!
I think next week they merge b/c Jeff was interviewed and said it's only for the first week.. maybe first episode.. I can't remember which.
I hope this one will be interesting.. it's getting kind of tired..

Actually, I was quite relieved to have my randomly-drawn character booted off right away! I have won the pool two years in a row and I haven't ever watched an episode of the show! I think that was a bit upsetting to my colleagues. It was not a disappointment to be out of the running so soon. Thanks, Elizabeth, for phoning me to let me know the news about survivor. I appreciate the heads up!
I hope you have a wonderful time visiting your friends and relatives in Kelowna. They're sure to love seeing you three! Hunter will be thrilled with the attention. I still wish I had had a camera when Hunter was sitting on the carpet in your classroom on Wednesday, just ecstatic about all the little Grade 1 faces all around him! I think he wanted to hug every one of them! So cute!
