Beef Dip Day #2

So, we bought a slow cooker this weekend. Sooooooo love it! That is the reason for the beef dip yesterday (although, technically, it wasn't beef dip because I didn't dip it anywhere.. unless you count the tub - oops)

So, day 2, I decided that last night's roast was so incredible that I had to cook another one. Besides, I ate almost all of it last night, J didn't get any. So, day 2... same thing, except this time not in the tub and with zucchini and rice. Yummers!
