My Sitters

These are my little sitters, that means sisters, in case you were wondering. We have a lot of fun together. Lately, our fun has consisted of watching Hunter doing whatever it is that he is doing at the moment. Today, we just got back from a concert down at the Children's Festival in Riverside Park. It was pretty cool. We watched "SWARM", an extreme percussion orchestra (that means a group of wild drummers), perform. They were awesome. I have decided that I really admire groups of adults who can entertain children.
Anyhow, back to my sisters. I feel so blessed to have grown up with two marvelous girls who have grown up into such phenomenal and beautiful young women. I marvel at how God has made them so strong and so sensitive. They truly are incredible young women and I love them with everything I have.

This photo was taken in Tofino, on our family surfing adventure this summer.

I took this photo of my baby girls before their dance show two years ago. See how they like to just mess around and be goofs together.

This picture was taken last winter (can't really tell - no snow) before Heather left for Sweden. In this picture I am about five months pregnant. This one is a posed photo, so we don't look too thrilled.

This one shows just howmuch my sisters Amanda, left, and Heather love our brother. They are digging up a jump that Matty built. Good girls, workin' hard!

As a joke, I call H and A "Funny" instead of "Auntie." That's because we like to hav fun together. So, Hunter has - in my family.. Mama G, Papa G, Uncle Danger, Funny Heather and Funny Amanda! Crazy, eh? I love my family. I am so lucky to have such a big family that loves me so much. These girls are terrific friends and terrific aunts. They do such a good job of watching out for their little nephew and making sure that he has fun, when they are around.

Thanks guys, I love you. Keep on being the special women that you are to me.

I have now completed the introductions of my family. I will continue, in my next posts, to introduce my incredible in-laws. Until then...
