Feelin' Fruity

Cherry Pie Filling, Cherry-Raspberry Conserve, Cherry-Blackberry Conserve, Cherry Jam, Blackberry Jam.

I've been busy in my kitchen!!! I love it. Although my neck and back are killing me and my hands dyed blue, I am thrilled to have done so much canning. Justin and I just returned from picking raspberries at a local orchard (is that what it's called when they grow raspberries?? they had lots of other fruit, too). I'm looking forward to what else I can (hehehe, pardon the pun) get my hands on.

Coming soon.. Raspberry Jam, Canned Apricots and maybe Apricot Jam... dehydrated cherries and cherry leather.

It look like my gifting should be done for quite a while!

Oh yum! Nothing better than home made jams!! My Grandmother-in-law makes the BEST strawberry jam, I would make it, but it wouldn't taste like hers:) I think I'll go have some now for breakfast. You got me craving it now;) YUM! Happy Canning!
